Interment in Joseph’s Garden
When it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea named Joseph… [He] went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Matthew 27: 57 & 58
St. Paul’s Columbarium is called Joseph’s Garden after Joseph of Arimathea who provided his own tomb for Our Lord’s body.
Joseph’s Garden is located down a walkway which borders the Lantern Shop/Parish Office building. Here funeral urns are interred in ground. Cast-bronze plaques mounted on blue stone capstones identify individuals whose ashes are buried here at St. Paul’s.
Please contact the Church Office for information about acquiring an interment location.
